C.O.S.M.O. is a lived-experience youth prevention and intervention program built around honest conversation, accountability, consequences, rehabilitation, and practical decision-making.
Rather than simply telling youth what not to do, facilitators use their own experiences with crime, incarceration, change, and reintegration to help young people see where certain choices can lead.

Programming can begin with a larger introductory session and continue with a smaller, more intensive group.
Introduction & Engagement
A high-impact introductory session designed to open honest conversation, build credibility, and challenge youth to think differently about choices, consequences, and the realities of incarceration.
Six-Session Intensive Program
A smaller-group follow-up focused on deeper reflection, practical skills, victim awareness, relationships, conflict, personal change, and future planning.
